My book which once cost, oh £20 or so, is now freely available via Amazon resellers for as little as £2.99. On the upside you can pay as much as £61.19 for it if you prefer. Personally I don't mind which you buy as I don't get a cut and also the "royalties" such as they were dried up years ago.
